Mirko Zardini

Mirko Zardini is the current Director and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Canadian Centre for Architecture (CCA) in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He is an architect who teaches, curates exhibitions, and writes about contemporary architecture and urban issues. Zardini is an active member and former trustee of the Association of Art Museum Directors (AAMD), is on the Executive Committee of the International Confederation of Architectural Museums (ICAM), and a member of the Canadian Art Museum Directors Organization (CAMDO).

Antonello Alici

Architect, is the Chair in History of Architecture at Università Politecnica delle Marche in Ancona, and Member of the Doctorade School in Engineering Sciences, where he teaches a course on “Cultural Heritage”.

In 2016/2017 he has been Visiting Scholar at the Martin Centre for Architectural and Urban Studies at University of Cambridge, UK. Since 2015, he is Visiting Professor at the International Doctoral Programme in Architectural Heritage Management and Tourism at Silpakorn University in Bangkok, Thailand. He has been the scientific coordinator of the research programme on the Architectural Archives in the Marche region.

He is the Program Director of the summers schools: “Living with Earthquakes. A strategic plan for earthquake prone regions” and, since 2014, ‘The Culture of City. Understanding the Urban Landscape’.     

He is an active member of Italian National Association of Contemporany Architectural Archives that he guided as the President in 2012-2014.

 

André Tavares

André Tavares is an architect and has been running Dafne Editora. With Diogo Seixas Lopes he was editor-in-chief of the magazine Jornal Arquitectos (2013-2015) and in 2016 co-curator of the 4th Lisbon Architecture Triennale, The Form of Form. His last book The Anatomy of the Architectural Book (Lars Müller/Canadian Centre for Architecture, 2016), addresses the crossovers between book culture and building culture. Currently he is a researcher at Escola de Arquitectura da Universidade do Minho, in Guimarães, and consultant of Garagem Sul Architectural Exhibitions, in Lisbon.

Foi director do Jornal Arquitectos entre 2013 e 2015 e curador-geral, com Diogo Seixas Lopes, da Trienal de Arquitectura de Lisboa 2016, The Form of Form. O seu último livro The Anatomy of the Architecutral Book (Lars Müller/Canadian Centre for Architecture, 2016), explora as relações cruzadas entre a história da arquitectura e do livro. Actualmente é investigador na Escola de Arquitectura da Universidade do Minho, e programador de arquitectura na Garagem Sul do Centro Cultural de Belém, em Lisboa.
